AIB Best Front Garden Competition 2018



We were very pleased to have 23 entries this year, our highest number yet, from all areas of the village in many different sizes and styles.

First Prize - 1 Cottrell Close


Clive and Gill received a £50 Haskins Voucher

Runner Up was 25 Ashmore Avenue and 3rd was 7 Pine Trees each winner received a Haskins Garden Centre Voucher and Certificate.

Tea and delicious cakes were then enjoyed by all the attendees, provided by Tea in the Square.

Dorothy Kostelyk received a £10 Haskins Voucher

The Best Front Garden Competition Awards for 2018 took place on the afternoon of Friday 24th August at Tea in the Square.


The event began with Chairman Julia Phelon welcoming the three finalists and giving a brief talk detailing the activities  Angmering in Bloom have been involved in this year and the garden judging process.
